As a result, they are looking for an experienced solution architect who can bring real-world transformation experience and help shape what "good" looks like moving forward.
The Role:
Sitting within a broader transformation program, you'll take ownership of designing and guiding release management and environment frameworks across a complex delivery landscape.

- Coordinating across a multi-vendor ecosystem (10-15+ vendors)
- Managing dependencies, release sequencing, and risk
- Providing architectural direction across both technical and process domains
- Aligning internal stakeholders and vendors to a cohesive release approach
- Moving from a single platform to a distributed, multi SaaS landscape
- Managing multiple vendors delivering changes at different cadences
- Still defining its target state, with architect playing a key role in shaping it
- Running parallel initiatives that feed into the broader ecosystem
You're a Solution Architect who has been through similar transformations and can bring practical insight, not just theory.
- Experience designing or uplifting release and environment management capabilities
- A background working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
- Strong understanding of release governance, dependency management, and coordination
- The ability to influence stakeholders and align multiple vendors
- Experience in large or global organisations
- Exposure to SaaS-heavy or vendor-driven environments
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
