The Digital Producer is responsible for owning and executing ongoing content updates and enhancements across our digital platforms, identifying new opportunities and optimising the experience customers see when they visit our website across multiple platforms. Working with a cross-functional team the Digital Producer will help define the solutions that shape our digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of all aspects of website content across the full range of brands. This includes editing, proofreading and publishing written content for the websites.
- Copy writing and content production for the website including creating and updating digital web content, imagery, video etc.
- Lead the optimisation of navigation, functionality, meta data and customer experience across all our websites
- Provide knowledgeable creative input and make recommendations on digital components based on content and technical aspects of the CMS.
- Use the CMS to create new pages and design layouts, while optimising web pages for accessibility and SEO
- Take ownership of producing campaign-specific landing pages, updating and maintaining content in line with the digital marketing strategy.
- Ensure online brand is reflective of the overall brand to enhance and support overall brand awareness and recognition.
- Continually contribute to the improvement of systems, processes and procedure that will improve the digital customer experience
- 4+ years in experience working in digital, managing websites and web content with a proven track record on working in and delivering digital projects
- Experience working within Content Management System
- Relevant Degree qualified
- Working knowledge and understanding of SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience working within an agile framework desirable
- Experience working within Adobe Target desirable
