This pivotal leadership role entails leading a team of six Sales Representatives across WA, and driving a consultative selling approach throughout the team. You will lead by example with your hands-on style, constantly coaching the team to drive results, as well as playing an active role with key customers in the field.
Duties
- Lead, coach & motivate the sales team
- Have responsibility for sales across all divisions within the state; consumables & equipment sales
- Drive best practice consultative selling through the team
- Be hands-on with key customers
- Drive both team & customer initiatives
- Build & foster a great team culture, including with other key internal stakeholders across the business
- Take ultimate responsibility for the sales budget in WA
- Experience in a sales leadership or mentoring role
- Ability to lead from the front to drive sales performance in a team
- Experience selling capital equipment in the dental, medical or healthcare sectors advantageous but not essential
- Proven track record in driving commercial results through a sales team
- Ability to navigate through change management
- Passionate about continuous learning, fostering team culture & leadership
