Working closely with leaders across a large operational workforce, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation's people strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and actionable workforce plans
- Providing strategic advice and coaching across workforce planning, leadership capability and team effectiveness
- Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives across the business
- Supporting organisational design, restructures and change initiatives
- Leading culture and engagement activities, including turning employee feedback into meaningful actions
- Using workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Facilitating discussions around capability, talent and future workforce needs
- Collaborating with the wider People team to deliver a seamless employee experience while remaining focused on strategic priorities
About you
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys operating strategically while remaining hands-on.
You will also possess demonstrated experience in succession planning, talent management and organisational design.
Experience within regulated environments such as healthcare, aged care, disability or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
