Working within a newly established Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will translate an approved Business Transformation Plan into a practical roadmap with defined dependencies, deliverables, and milestones. This role will suit a hands-on transformation professional who thrives in environments requiring structure, alignment, and the establishment of new frameworks and governance models.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a practical, phased implementation plan aligned with the Business Transformation Plan.
- Define clear milestones, deliverables, interdependencies, and accountabilities across transformation initiatives.
- Design and embed governance frameworks to support decision-making, reporting, and accountability.
- Develop fit-for-purpose tools, templates, and playbooks to standardise project and program delivery practices.
- Establish processes for tracking progress, managing dependencies, and monitoring risks, issues, and benefits realisation.
- Collaborate with initiative leads and business areas to ensure frameworks are understood, adopted, and sustained.
- Prepare and support governance and reporting materials for executive and steering committees.
- Identify and manage risks and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

You are a collaborative and strategic thinker who enjoys building structure and clarity within complex transformation environments. You can translate strategic intent into practical delivery tools and frameworks and are comfortable influencing across all levels of an organisation.
You will bring:
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, P3O).
- Proven experience in developing governance frameworks and prioritisation models within transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategy into actionable implementation plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
- Experience in the public sector or large, complex organisations (highly regarded).
