About the role
This leading IT Company is looking for a supply chain & customer service specialist to join their team; initially on a 3 month contract with a strong chance for permanency after this period. The role will focus on all aspects of the customer & supply chain cycle and works within a team of 7.


The responsibilities
  • Preparation and completion of sales orders and sales order confirmations in line with the agreed KP! structure to ensure high level customer service.
  • Receiving and processing all customer orders in ERP system.
  • Log in and answering the calls to Sales Desk queue daily
  • Authorizing of returns
  • As and when required help accounts with credit management issues.
  • Assist Supply Chain & Operations Specialist and act as a backup with functions like : raising POs, checking invoices, freight management
  • Processing Service warranties and approval
  • Warranty Case management. Creating cases in ERP


The successful applicant: 
  • Netsuite or large ERP system experience would be advantageous
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with different functional teams across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and have an accurate eye for data entry.
  • Pro-active, willing-to-learn attitude and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to accomplish all necessary tasks.
