This leading IT Company is looking for a supply chain & customer service specialist to join their team; initially on a 3 month contract with a strong chance for permanency after this period. The role will focus on all aspects of the customer & supply chain cycle and works within a team of 7.
The responsibilities
- Preparation and completion of sales orders and sales order confirmations in line with the agreed KP! structure to ensure high level customer service.
- Receiving and processing all customer orders in ERP system.
- Log in and answering the calls to Sales Desk queue daily
- Authorizing of returns
- As and when required help accounts with credit management issues.
- Assist Supply Chain & Operations Specialist and act as a backup with functions like : raising POs, checking invoices, freight management
- Processing Service warranties and approval
- Warranty Case management. Creating cases in ERP
The successful applicant:
- Netsuite or large ERP system experience would be advantageous
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with different functional teams across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills and have an accurate eye for data entry.
- Pro-active, willing-to-learn attitude and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to accomplish all necessary tasks.
