An opportunity has become available for an experienced ERP Specialist or Systems Accountant to join a well-established multi-entity business undertaking a key ERP implementation project.
Working closely with finance and project stakeholders, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of Apparel21 by ensuring the integrity of financial data, reconciling general ledger accounts, and assisting with system validation and migration activities.
This is a hands-on 4-6 week project ideally suited to someone with previous Apparel21 experience who can quickly add value in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and validate general ledger accounts
- Support financial data cleansing, validation, and migration activities
- Review and resolve balance sheet and control account discrepancies
- Partner with finance and project teams to ensure data integrity across the new ERP environment
- Investigate and resolve transactional and reporting variances
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting and operational uplift projects
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience working with Apparel21 ERP (essential)
- Strong financial accounting and reconciliation experience
- Proven ability to reconcile complex general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system migrations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a project environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience within retail, wholesale, apparel, or distribution environments will be highly regarded
