About the Role:
Reporting to the CFO, you will have a passion for developing a robust financial Management Information System and ERP, alongside a good understanding of infrastructure projects and the importance of good data & reporting in the decision making process.
- Provide high-level support and advice to end users on the financial management information systems, including ERP problem solving and testing
- Manage the Master Data Administrator
- Developing and implement the finance information strategy to support effective decision making and continuous improvement
- Development and implementation of ERP processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Delivery of ERP training programmes and development of training material/SOPs
- Delegation of Authority maintenance
- Chart of Accounts and General Ledger maintenance
- Analysis and cleansing of existing data sets
As the successful candidate you will either be CA/CPA qualified with a similar skillset in an Infrastructure or Construction industry. Mandatory is your COINS and SAP experience as they are in the middle of implementing COINS, you will get involved in the training and and advice to end users. You will also have experience in creating new G/L accounts, B/S reconciliations, month end process and managing a Master Data Analyst, previous experience here is highly desirable.
