Reporting to the GM of IT, you will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 Support for all end-user issues including Office365, remote and on-premise
Experience required:
- Level 2/3 Support Analyst/Engineer, Sys admin or equivalent
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Networking including Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VPN
- Excellent incident/problem-solving ability, including advanced OS & applications (Office 365 – all apps)
- Advanced knowledge in Windows Server 2008/2012+ and Active Directory
- Domain Configuration & Management (DNS/DHCP/GPO/Certificates)
- Proven working experience in Exchange (On-Premise and Online)
- Proven working experience configuring and using mobile devices and MDM solutions
- Office 365 /AWS cloud-based technologies – Configuration & Management
- Experience working with Virtual and Cloud-based environments
- Excellent understanding of Backup systems/processes and Disaster Recovery
