The Position 
  
An exciting opportunity for an experience talent acquisition coordinator to join an innovative and growing business, with plans to continue their growth trajectory. You will be supporting the current Talent Acquisition Manager and handling your own recruitment portfolio. Key Responsibilities 
  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment of a variety of roles for a large portfolio covering a national remit;
  • Provision of ongoing support to current Recruitment Team with main duties consisting of talent searching, phone screens, arranging interviews, completing pre-employment checks, and supporting the wider Recruitment Team;
  • Liaising with Managers to provide ongoing support, succession and development planning;
  • Providing support in the form of general administration duties, day-to-day operations, and adhoc HR duties;
  • Ability to multitask/shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as Recruitment Consultant in an internal environment, or experience managing a high-volume desk within a recruitment agency;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a strong customer focus;
  • Experience interpreting awards and regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace, you are well-versed in all strategic and operational components of internal recruitment and used to working to tight deadlines and recruiting many technical roles across a variety of portfolios at once;
