About the Role:
 
We’re partnering with a well-established trades and services business based in Cheltenham. They’re looking for a proactive and personable Team Assistant to join their team, this is a hands-on, varied administration role supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll work closely with management, trades and internal teams, helping keep jobs, paperwork, communication and general office operations organised and running smoothly.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, likes variety in their day and is looking to build their administration and coordination skills within a supportive, down-to-earth team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across the business.
  • Assist with job administration, documentation, data entry and general record keeping.
  • Support the team with scheduling, bookings, follow-ups and general coordination.
  • Assist with customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with basic invoicing, purchase orders and finance administration.
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail, meeting rooms and general office requirements.
  • Assist with compliance and contractor documentation where required.
Skills and Experience:
  • 4 + years’ experience in administration, coordination, customer service or a similar support role.
  • Experience within a trades, construction, property, facilities or service-based business would be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.
  • Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through.
  • Practical, down-to-earth and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time.
