About the role

This role plays an integral part in helping the organisation continue to increase market share & revenue across the country. Specific to the role, that involves being responsible for tenders, submissions and driving adherence to SLA’s. It will mean coordinating & working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business on a daily basis, as well as liaising with customers where required.

Responsibilities

Working in a supportive and collaborative team, your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Management of tenders across the business
  • Gathering information, document preparation & all relevant tasks associated with tender submission
  • Responsible for managing corporate contracts
  • Project manage all RFT’s & appropriate stakeholders required
  • Ensure adherence to SLA’s
  • Ultimately take responsibility for all tenders & contract management across the business
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Tenders & Contract management
  • Analytical in nature with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to project manage several ongoing projects across an organisation
  • Experience in health / dental industry a bonus
  • Ideally have experience dealing with variety of stakeholders, including Procurement
  • Passion for delivering excellence when managing multiple projects
