Key responsibilities
  • Ensure timely approval of timesheets and related workflows.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies to support payroll timelines.
  • Provide guidance to managers on time capture processes and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Time & Attendance and payroll records.
  • Deliver prompt, professional responses to employee and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Support audit, compliance checks, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure payroll readiness.
  
Ideal candidate
  • Experience in Time & Attendance and rostering.
  • Proficient with Time & Attendance and rostering systems (e.g., WFS/Kronos, SAP T&A, ECP).
  • Ability to interpret EBA’s and awards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
