Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely approval of timesheets and related workflows.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to support payroll timelines.
- Provide guidance to managers on time capture processes and systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Time & Attendance and payroll records.
- Deliver prompt, professional responses to employee and stakeholder enquiries.
- Support audit, compliance checks, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure payroll readiness.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in Time & Attendance and rostering.
- Proficient with Time & Attendance and rostering systems (e.g., WFS/Kronos, SAP T&A, ECP).
- Ability to interpret EBA’s and awards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
