They are currently seeking a Scheduler to join their operations team, based at their Forrestfield site.
This is a pivotal role responsible for managing daily truck scheduling and dispatch, ensuring vehicles are efficiently allocated and deployed to meet operational requirements.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, is confident working with scheduling systems, and can make day‑to‑day operational decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch trucks daily to meet operational and customer requirements
- Maintain and manage scheduling systems with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with drivers and internal stakeholders to coordinate vehicle movements
- Respond effectively to changing priorities and operational demands
- Ensure all transport activities align with safety, compliance and operational standards
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, transport or logistics coordination
- Industry exposure is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
