- Manage labour planning, workflow and resource allocation to meet service timeframes
- Ensure compliance with transport, security and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain audit readiness, procedures and operational documentation
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and layout
- Monitor operational costs, productivity and performance outcomes
- Prepare operational and compliance reporting for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a diverse warehouse and operations team
- Act as the escalation point for operational or service issues
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers
You are a hands‑on warehouse or logistics leader with experience managing complex operations in regulated or high‑volume environments.

- Proven experience in warehouse, transport or logistics operations management
