This role combines hands-on system administration with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the platform supports business operations while enabling data-driven decision making.
Working closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors, you’ll own system stability, enhancements, reporting, and user adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide system support and guidance across Workday (HCM and related modules)
- Manage HR master data in line with governance frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, managing tickets within SLAs
- Lead system enhancements, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to design, test, and implement system changes
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and data insights
- Lead and support a small team, driving performance and capability
- Experience in Workday HCM systems administration
- Exposure across core modules such as Learning, Recruitment, or Absence
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data integrity focus
- Experience managing stakeholders and system vendors
- Leadership experience or capability to step into a lead role
