About the role Working for a sportswear brand supporting the sales teams out in the field, retail partners and affiliated sports teams. Duties Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries, as necessary. Assist with the management and & support new business onboarding through account set up and go live. Provide operational support & point of contact assistance with key scale customers, in line with the defined account support matrix. Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness. Provide support to the sales team through the management of stock allocations, orderbook analysis, KPI tracking and reporting, and in + post seasonal analysis. Stock control support & analysis for customers including the tracking of sales out, promotional activities and monitoring customer level forecasts. Skills & Experience Experience of CRM systems incl AR21, SAP etc Strong communication / interpersonal skills Numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to engage with team, customers, management, and sales. About the Role:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing the AU/NZ digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and sales across the Retail, Marketplace, and e-commerce sales channels.The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with the Head of E-commerce, Marketing/Creative, CRM, and e-commerce teams, managing an advertising budget and media agency.The ideal candidate will love building brands and marketing strategies and have a proven track record of managing (digital) marketing campaigns end to end.
