Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice, liaison and executive support to the achievement of the strategic and operational goals.
- Support a broad range of projects to operationalise continuous improvement within a transformative environment.
- Manage workflow actions from Board meetings
- Prepare board papers and memos on behalf of the Director.
- Inform decision making by analysing current and historical information to brief the Director.
- Manage the Director’s diary and emails.
- Assist the Director with project work as required.
- Ad hoc administration duties as directed.

- Proven ability to lead and influence teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to professional standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in computerised information systems and a willingness to explore new technologies.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in managing various workloads.
