Your Role as a Sharp & Carter Graduate Consultant

Recruiting and Consulting

  • Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment methods including advertised, database, and search methodologies.

  • Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and manage the candidate experience.

  • Client Interaction: Brief candidates, prepare CVs, negotiate salaries, and offer career advice.

  • Advertising Vacancies: Draft and place job adverts across different media platforms.

  • Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new business and facilitate client meetings.

Broader Business Responsibilities

  • Business Planning: Contribute to the development of business plans and input to annual budgeting/business planning process.

  • Marketing and Events: Initiate new marketing and company event ideas.

  • Client Engagement: Deliver presentations, pitches and contribute to proposals.

  • Quality Control: Ensure quality in all aspects of recruitment processes including resumes, database, and assignment management.
