The Role & Responsibilities Reporting to the Divisional General Manager, this is a high-impact, hands-on role offering full commercial ownership of an >$600m regions operations . Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to operational leadership, your responsibilities will include: Leading the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles Full ownership of financial and month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clarity of results Preparing monthly performance packs and presenting to national finance and executive leadership Reviewing project milestones and capital spend tracking Supporting tenders and bid submissions in conjunction with regional leaders Developing insights through dashboards and commercial analysis to support decision-making Driving continuous improvement and enabling transformation across a complex and fast-moving environment The Successful Candidate You’ll be a commercially minded finance professional with strong business partnering experience and the confidence to operate at both detail and strategic levels. You thrive in fast-paced, operational environments and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
