This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high volume environment and enjoys balancing accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Manage processing of the national fortnightly payroll within a large payroll team. Maintain accurate employee records including onboarding, terminations, leave management, and changes to conditions. Interpret and apply awards, agreements, and legislation including Fair Work, superannuation, and taxation. Support reporting and reconciliations for month-end and year-end cycles. Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers, providing clear and timely support. Assist with audits and compliance requirements, supplying accurate payroll documentation. Play an active role in improving payroll systems, processes, and controls. Prior Experience Prior experience in a similar payroll position, ideally in a large organisation A solid understanding of payroll legislation, industrial instruments, and compliance obligations. Strong payroll systems knowledge such as SAP, iChris, ADP, Payglobal or Micropay Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
