About the role
This new role requires you to build and foster a strong relationship with a key partner for one of the most well-networked membership organisations in Australia. You will be responsible all facets of the relationship between the organisations, including working with multiple stakeholders on both sides.
  • Build a strong relationship with the key channel partner and all relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with new business opportunities, either through the channel partner or via acquisition of new clients
  • Work 2 days on channel partner office site (Melb CBD)
  • Multi stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
  • Build and present data back to the business
  • Sit across commercial contract negotiation processes with your clients
  • Ultimately deliver exceptional service delivery to your channel partner, clients where required, and the internal team
  • Ensure partnership remains fruitful for all parties involved
Skills and Experience
  • Sales experience with a passion for excellence in service delivery
  • Ability to work with multitude of stakeholders at a range of levels
  • Ability to build deep relationships within a key channel partner or customer
  • Service driven professional who loves to find solutions for clients
  • Experience within a services-based, tech or similar industry will be highly regarded but not essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Make a difference to people
