This new role requires you to build and foster a strong relationship with a key partner for one of the most well-networked membership organisations in Australia. You will be responsible all facets of the relationship between the organisations, including working with multiple stakeholders on both sides.
Duties
- Build a strong relationship with the key channel partner and all relevant stakeholders
- Assist with new business opportunities, either through the channel partner or via acquisition of new clients
- Work 2 days on channel partner office site (Melb CBD)
- Multi stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
- Build and present data back to the business
- Sit across commercial contract negotiation processes with your clients
- Ultimately deliver exceptional service delivery to your channel partner, clients where required, and the internal team
- Ensure partnership remains fruitful for all parties involved
- Sales experience with a passion for excellence in service delivery
- Ability to work with multitude of stakeholders at a range of levels
- Ability to build deep relationships within a key channel partner or customer
- Service driven professional who loves to find solutions for clients
- Experience within a services-based, tech or similar industry will be highly regarded but not essential
