Our Client is an exciting and fast growing national company who are market leaders in their industry. Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an accounts officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable ASX listed company.

The Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
  
  • Processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Assist supplier queries when needed
  • Close trust bank accounts in CMS.
  • Run reports for missing time sheets and close relevant legal assistance.
  • Provide assistance to senior account officers/ Finance Manager.
  
The Successful Applicant
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show flexibility with hours of work.
  • Have a positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • At least 2 years working in a high-volume accounts/AP environment
  • Experience working with another legal firm is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Degree qualified, however not essential
