Position Description:
Your duties will include:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
- Setting up new accounts
- Allocate receipts to customers
- Statement reconciliations
- Prepare cheques and receipts for banking
- Manage relationship with suppliers
- Helping with payroll processing
- Other ad hoc duties requested
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar experience in an Accounts role, and have the following:
- Experience handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- The ability to work in team
- Capability to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Motivated and hard-working
