Our client is Melbourne based, privately owned property group who are on the lookout for an accounts all-rounder to join the growing finance team!
Responsibilities
- Issuing sales invoices and entering receipts;
- Tracking and collection of debtors for areas of responsibility;
- Entering purchase invoices and preparing payments
- Completing bank reconciliations;
- Daily cashflow reporting;
- Recording rental income and expenditure from statements;
- Assistance with maintaining the corporate ASIC register;
- Reconciliation of share and other private investments and reporting;
- Filing and Administrative tasks; and
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have 1-2 years AP or AR experience
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Good work ethic and capable multi-tasker, with an ability to work in a fast paced
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent salary $70k - $80k + super (dependent on experience)
