Our client is a leading provider in the real estate industry. With a strong presence in the market, our client is seeking a driven and motivated Accounts Officer on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Statement reconciliations
- Prepare cheques and receipts for banking
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a Bookkeeping role as well as:
- 1-2 years Accounts experience
- Strata and/or real estate experience a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good people and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
