The Organisation
Our client is a market leading organisation that continues to grow in leaps & bounds, and thereby is seeking a like minded, skilled Account Officer to join their team on a full-time basis based in Melbourne's Eastern suburb of Camberwell. 

The Responsibilities
The duties of the role consist of the following, however will not be limited to:
  • Processing and issuing of invoices 
  • Reconciling accounts and statements
  • Daily banking 
  • Collection of payments 
  • Provide training to the wider team
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Allocating and Receipting of payments 
  • Supplier and customer queries 
  • Preparing batch payments on a weekly basis 
The Ideal Candidate 
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not limited to:
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Has previous experience in dealing with both Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally 
  • Ability to work within a team environment 
  • High attention to detail
