About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join the finance team of a reputable client based in Joondalup. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and arrange timely payments
- Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts-related queries from suppliers and customers
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
- Assist with administrative finance tasks and reporting as required
- Support the broader finance team with ad hoc duties
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar accounts or finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
