Position Description:
Directing to the Finance Manager, you daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
- Journals
- Payment allocations
- Bank reconciliations and banking
- Preparation of general expenses
- Assist with month-end-duties
- Ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in an Accounts Officer role and have the following:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system
- Good people and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
