Position Description:

Directing to the Finance Manager, you daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
  • Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
  • Journals
  • Payment allocations
  • Bank reconciliations and banking
  • Preparation of general expenses
  • Assist with month-end-duties
  • Ad hoc duties
  
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in an Accounts Officer role and have the following:
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
