The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Daily banking and account reconciliations
- Processing and issuing invoices
- Preparing batch and supplier payments
- Managing supplier queries and account discrepancies
- Allocating and receipting customer payments
- End-of-month reporting support and general ledger reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Accounts Officer position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
