Our client is a market leader in their industry, they pride themselves of taking care of their employees. They are searching for an experience Accounts Officer to join the team on a temporary basis with longer term views. This is a great opportunity for a determined and motivated individual that is looking to join a supportive team that is going through a successful growth period.
Duties
Your role will comprise elements of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Completing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Handle general account queries
- Follow up overdue payments
- Provide support to the finance team where required
- Ad hoc duties where required
Skills and Experience
Will have proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as the following attributes:
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
- A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
- Positive and bubbly personality
- Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
