Presently, they are searching for a hands-on Accounts Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.  Based in the CBD, this is a great role for someone seeking a diverse and challenging role.
  

Position Description:

Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, and working within a small team, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
  • Accounts Payable invoice processing 
  • Daily banking 
  • Allocating and receipting of payments
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Process journals 
  • Assist with duties across financial accounting and trust reporting 
  • Prepare and provide internal reports 
  • Month end reporting
  • Ad hoc billing and invoicing
  
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Accounts Officer role, or have the desire to learn.  The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
