Presently, they are searching for a hands-on Accounts Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in the CBD, this is a great role for someone seeking a diverse and challenging role.
Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, and working within a small team, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
- Accounts Payable invoice processing
- Daily banking
- Allocating and receipting of payments
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Process journals
- Assist with duties across financial accounting and trust reporting
- Prepare and provide internal reports
- Month end reporting
- Ad hoc billing and invoicing
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Accounts Officer role, or have the desire to learn. The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
