Our client are a large organisation experiencing incredible growth. They continue to expand and have recently won a number of key accounts. Due to this growth, an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer is available to join their team in a permanent capacity.
About The Role
The Accounts Officer will take full ownership of the accounts function and report into the Accounts Team Lead:
Duties
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to the following duties in a full function position;
- Processing of invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Receipt and reconcile customer payments
- Upload bank statements
- Reconcile bank statements for multiple entities, banks and currencies
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of treasury activities
- Maintain process documentation in relation activity
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Officer ideally within a medium to large sized organisation
- SAP experience would be highly favourable
- Very strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
