Our client is a leading provider in their respective industry. With a strong presence in the market, our client is seeking a driven and motivated Accounts Officer. Specializing in accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, the successful candidate will benefit from a hardworking and supportive environment.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices weekly
- Setting up new accounts
- Allocate receipts to customers
- Statement reconciliations
- Prepare cheques and receipts for banking
- Manage relationship with suppliers
- Other ad hoc duties requested by the Finance Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant with have similar proven experience in an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable role as well as:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good people and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
