Position Description
  • Working with a vibrant and driven workforce, the duties involved in this role will include, without being limited to:
  • Processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Assist with supplier queries when needed
  • Run reports for missing time sheets and close relevant legal assistance.
  • Provide assistance to the Senior Accounts Officer/ Finance Manager.
  • Billing responsibilities and month end reporting
  
Candidate Profile
The candidate will have had some exposure to an Accounts Clerk role in the past, whilst also including:
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
