- Working with a vibrant and driven workforce, the duties involved in this role will include, without being limited to:
- Processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
- Reconcile accounts
- Assist with supplier queries when needed
- Run reports for missing time sheets and close relevant legal assistance.
- Provide assistance to the Senior Accounts Officer/ Finance Manager.
- Billing responsibilities and month end reporting
The candidate will have had some exposure to an Accounts Clerk role in the past, whilst also including:
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
