Our client is a market leading Australian company who boast a high-performance culture with excellent career opportunities. Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking a dynamic Accounts Officer/Receptionist to join the team in this newly created role. Our client is committed to excellence in service and delivery, and this position will be pivotal in supporting their accounts department while also managing reception duties.
The Role
Working as the receptionist and as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Collaborate with a team of two others in the accounts department.
- Handle incoming calls and warmly welcome clients to our client's premises.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the growth of the company and foster relationships with investor clients.
- Support the broader finance team.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills.
- 2 years+ experience in a similar Accounts/Receptionist role would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
