Duties
Reporting directly into the Finance Operations Manager, your tasks will include:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and processing a high volume of invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing supplier payments within supplier trading terms
- Ensure petty cash is replenished and reconciled in a timely manner
- Admin duties including filing, data entry and distributing invoices, assisting with fundraising activities and events and grants
- Ad hoc duties when required
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in either Accounts Payable or Administration
- Ability to prioritise urgent work and work effectively as part of a team
- Positive and vibrant personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
