Our client is a well-known not-for-profit organization that has a strong commitment to developing a positive culture within the business. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to start mid-February in an ongoing temporary position with a minimum of 8-12 months. This is a great role for a self-motivated Accounts Payable Officer to start their next challenge.
Position Description
Your duties will include full-function Accounts Payable as follows:
- Processing of invoices, including Fx
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
- Various reporting duties
- Investigation/follow-up
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to hit the ground running and confidently work autonomously
- Exceptional time management skills and a positive can-do attitude
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritize own work
