About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manger, and joining a team of 3 duties will include;
- Matching, batching & coding of invoices
- Managing the AP inbox and responding or escalating supplier queries
- Management of supplier details including updating banking details
- Preparing monthly payment runs & monthly supplier reconciliations
- Manage and review employee expenses as well as Amex & Taxi accounts
- Support project teams with finance related administration
- Support month end reporting when required
Skills and Experience
- 3 + years in a similar high volume AP environment
- Understanding of Excel to an intermediate level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Unparalleled attention to detail
