About the Company
Our Client is an exciting and fast growing national company who are market leaders in their industry. Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable company.
The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic Accounts Payable Team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Data entry of invoices and claims
- Managing flow of invoices
- Assisting the broader finance team
- Assisting payroll when needed
- Handle email and phone queries
- Maintaining and updating associated payment reconciliations as required
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
- 12 months experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role would be highly desirable
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
