About the Role:
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, and working closely with other existing stakeholders, the AP Officer would be responsible for the following: 
  
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing.
  • Deal with aging accounts payable data
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Contribute to ongoing AP automation projects as required.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of accounts payable reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.
  
About You:
You will be an aspiring AP Officer, with existing experience in the field, who finds themselves immediately available to take on your next venture. You will possess a passion for the entertainment industry and will enjoy being apart of a workplace who promotes you to bring this passion to your day to day. Ideally exhibiting high volume processing experience, you are not overawed by the prospect of working autonomously and being able to deliver innovative ideas to the role.
