About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Accurately manage high volume of approved invoices
- Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents ensuring three-way match accuracy
- Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager
- A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable processes
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
