Based near Melbourne Airport with onsite parking, this role will be an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer looking for their next challenge until at least the end of the year, commencing immediately! 

Position Description 
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Daily matching of vendor invoices to purchase orders and other relevant supporting documentation
• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Assist with payment runs
• Staff expense reimbursements
• Pro-actively manage the AP email inbox
• Management of relationships with suppliers and handling queries
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:

• Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
• Positive and vibrant personality
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Previous experience utilising SAP is ideal
