This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to immediately join the business for a minimum 3 month period, with longer term views.
Position Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager the role will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure purchase orders are received and approved
- Daily high volume invoice processing
- Assist with payment runs
- Handle supplier queries
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Maintain and handle the AP inbox
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, possessing outstanding communication skills. You will have an ability to prioritise work with great organisation skills, and be equipped with a positive attitude to hit the ground running! Experience using a large ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains will be viewed as advantageous.
