Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
