Position Description / Varying Responsibilities
Your daily tasks may include the following responsibilities:
- Ensure purchase orders are received and approved
- Daily high volume invoice processing
- Process payment runs in a timely manner
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Maintain and handle the AP inbox
- Set up new vendors and handle queries
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Candidate Profiles
To be considered for the varying roles, you will have prior experience in accounts payable environments, along with an overlapping of the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Reliable and motivated attitude
- Positive working approach with a high attention to detail
- The ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
