The Organisation
Our Client is a reputable company and household name who pride themselves in their supportive and high-performing culture. They are an exciting business who are experiencing rapid growth globally. Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team immediately on a part time basis. You will be required approximately 3 full days per week (hours can be flexible).
Position Description
You will be working in a team of 6 and reporting into the Team Leader, your role will include the following duties:
- Vendor support
- Statement reconciliations
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Assisting with processing invoices
- Handling the AP mailbox
- Additional Adhoc duties
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, along with the following attributes:
- Motivated and reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience within the retail industry highly advantageous
- Experience using Excel
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
