The organisation 
Our client is an industry leading national business based on the outskirts of Melbourne CBD. They are a growing business and are on the look out for a motivated Accounts Payable Team leader to join the team on an ongoing basis. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Managing a team of 2 Accounts Payable staff 
• Invoice processing 
• Managing the Accounts Payable inbox 
• Creating purchase orders 
• Management of supplier pay runs 
• Month end duties 
• Reconciliation tasks 
• Posting journals including accruals and prepayments
• Management of cooperate credit cards 

What you need to succeed 

• Previous experience leading a small team 
• 4+ years end to end accounts payable experience 
• Excellent communication skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Full working rights
