This is an exciting opportunity for an accounts payable professional with strong SAP S4 Hana or SAP Ariba system experience to join a highly reputable global company. The responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the implementation of the SAP Ariba or SAP S4 software system (depending which system you have used)
- Act as the system expert within the accounts payable team.
- Developing system training manuals and videos.
- Training staff members on the system
- Testing the system and making improvements as necessary
- Monitoring workflows to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices;
- Assisting the accounts payable team with ad hoc tasks as required
- Other ad hoc projects across the accounts payable space.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Must have strong working experience with either SAP S4 Hana or SAP Ariba
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accounts payable knowledge and experience
- Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Ability to work independently and within a team
