The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected organisation within the community services sector. Known for its compassionate approach and strong values, the organisation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

This role is ideal for someone with Epicor experience who thrives in a caring, mission-driven environment.

The Role Reporting to a supportive Financial Controller and working alongside a friendly, close-knit finance team, your responsibilities will include:

• Full-function Accounts Receivable duties
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
• Generating invoices, credit notes and monthly statements
• Following up on overdue accounts with a respectful and solutions-focused approach
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing issues
• Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate You will be someone who enjoys working with purpose, brings attention to detail, and is comfortable managing their own workload while contributing to a team. You will also have:

• 3-5 years proven experience in Accounts Receivable (end-to-end)
• Strong working knowledge of Epicor (essential)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A collaborative and respectful approach to stakeholder management
• Previous experience in community services, NFP or health (highly regarded but not essential)
