An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and switched-on Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing and evolving business based on St Kilda Road.
This organisation continues to acquire and expand, resulting in ongoing change, process improvement and workflow consolidation across the finance team. Reporting directly into the AR Manager, they are seeking someone confident, adaptable and commercially minded who can thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing
- High-volume collections (phone-based, relationship driven)
- Cash allocation and daily receipting
- Ledger management and clean-up
- Managing debtor queries and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting process improvements as the team moves toward greater automation
- Contributing to workflow consolidation across the AR function
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a dedicated Accounts Receivable role
- Strong background in phone-based collections
- Hands-on AR experience across cash allocation, collections and full ledger management
- Dynamic, sharp and switched-on operator
- Strong communicator & a confident problem solver who takes ownership
- Thrives in an evolving, acquisitive business environment
- Systems savvy (broad ERP exposure preferred)
- Comfortable working in a 5-day office environment
- $70,000 – $75,000 + Super (flex for the right person)
